Language has many nuances. Even though you may be able to carry on a conversation in English, you may not be able to grasp some of the more subtle aspects of the questions you are being asked and the precise meaning of the technical terms.

Do not hesitate to ask for someone to be present to interpret for you so that you are completely sure that you understand the question and that you are able to give the response you want.
