You will have the right to convey your views about decisions being made by criminal justice professionals at various stages of the justice system and have them considered. You will be able to designate a representative to receive information on your behalf. 

You will also be able to waive your right to receive information from CSC. You will have the right to submit a victim statement describing the harm, property damage or loss suffered as a result of an offence.
